Marketing Specialist:We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, and creative Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing company. The position is an integral part of our service-based business, and the right candidate must be able to play a lead role (and wear many hats) in activities that include developing, maintaining, and implementing strategies for various social networks, video/website/digital marketing content, internal training content, various promotional activities, and working closely with our sales and customer service teams. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness of WasteFree in digital, print and video spaces (both internally and externally).Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against KPI goals.Develop and manage company social medial accounts and develop content.Re-develop and manage company websites and online sales presentation tools.Create visually appealing and informative print media.Develop and implement employee training and engagement content through our LMS system. Work alongside various trade Associations to effectively promote trade shows and promotional events.Develop engaging blast and promotional email campaigns.Assist with responding to online customer feedback.Maintaining our company’s "voice" and brand consistently through all media platforms.Qualifications & Requirements: MUST exemplify our company’s Core Values: (i) show up, (ii) have a good attitude, (iii) communicate well, (iv) do extra, and (v) have what you do in the dark shine in the light.Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently on many projects at once, the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency with content creation, design and video editing software(s), WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and/or various CRM’s.BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience in the Marketing field.Excellent communication, writing and creative thinking skills.An active and well-rounded personal presence with an authoritative yet empathetic demeanor.Bonus: Experience in the multi-family industry, and/or experience with Qwilr is preferred.This is a full-time, on-site position.  WasteFree is in the Design District near Downtown Dallas.
